Celebration of Nations
Who doesn’t love a good party? Yes, that’s what Celebration of Nations is all about — a grand celebration of cultures from across the world coming together as One Campus, One Community, One World. This year’s event is September 29, 2018, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. in downtown Rolla. Attendance is free for all!
Missouri S&T started Celebration of Nations in 2010, and it has grown into one of the largest multicultural events in the region. This event gives us a chance to showcase the diversity of cultures that exist in the world. The event starts with a parade of nations, with flags flying from over 80 nations, and continues all afternoon with live music, ethnic foods, a talent show, art and craft exhibitions, displays, and other fun activities for kids and adults alike.
Over the years, Celebration of Nations has become a highly anticipated tradition. Due to its growing popularity, we are seeking donations to offset operational costs. We welcome any donated amount. It is important to keep this tradition alive, and free for everyone to attend. Your contribution will help defray expenses such as the rental costs for the location, sound system, tents and tables, electricity, and so on. Every donation will go directly to supporting this amazing event. Please click on GIVE NOW and be a part of Celebration of Nations!
